Steven J. Lustgarten
Steven J. Lustgarten was one of the true pioneers in family law in Omaha and Eastern Nebraska. He practiced family law for over 50 years and started Lustgarten and Roberts, the predecessor Firm to Lustgarten Dudzinski, LLC.
Steve’s reputation was built with honesty, integrity, tenacity, and loyalty. Many attorneys trained by him continue to practice family law in Firms all over Omaha.
Sadly, we lost Steve in 2014 at the age of 86. Steve’s pioneering innovations in the area of family law continue to influence the practice of family law today in Nebraska. The legacy he leaves behind and the impact he had on those around him will never be forgotten as our legal team strives to meet his high standards of legal representation.
